Tenuta Monte la Guardia farm holidays offers two kinds of lodges:

Il Belvedere and La Fattoria

Il Belvedere - Panoramic viewpoint (Discover Il Belvedere lodgings)

Il Belvedere villa is located at the top of Monte la Guardia at about 240 metres on the sea level. It offers a 360° view with marvellous glimpses of Rome, Tolfa mountains and the Thyrrhenian Sea. Il Belvedere is a two-story villa formed by a central block, a patio, two wings and an internal courtyard. In the central block there are six lodgings. three of them are located at the ground floor, almost completely windowed and with a large garden that fades into the wood. The other three on the top floor have terraces with a marvellous panoramic view. Two lodgings are located in the wings of the villa. The two on the ground floor have a garden and the other two in original towers with a solarium.
In the wings a common area can be found where you can find a barbecue and free access tables for the guests of the farmahouse.
All lodgings are different from each other and are furnished in an original style with hand-made goods and mainly wooden furniture giving a feeling of warmth and coziness.
All lodgings are about 35 sqmt and are completely independent boasting heating, air conditioning, tv, fridge, an equipped kitchen, bed and bathroom linen. Lodgings for two, four or even communicating are available.

La Fattoria - The Farm (Discover La Fattoria lodgings)

As the name suggests, La Fattoria is the heart of the estate where all common activities and services are located and where you can find the offices, the restaurant and the space where our natural products are processed and produced. All lodgings come from buildings that once were stables and stores. Their origin, hidden by the external architecture, is completely lost in the interior where comfort will surprise you.
The eight lodgings in the farm don’t share the same view you can experience from Il Belvedere but they are immersed in the wood and it’s easier to access the various services offered by us. Six of these are on the ground floor and the interior is organized so that the space between the bedrooms and the living room is better distributed (approx. 35 sqmts). The wooden roof creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The supplies are the same that you find at Il Belvedere lodgings and total independence is guaranteed. The other two lodgings are located on the top floor and are the biggest available (50 smqt approx.). They can easily and comfortably host families, 4-people groups or even more. The equipment is standard like the rest of our offer.
